By using this site you agree to these terms. This site is operated by Vishnu Balachandran, based in Kollam, Kerala, India, as a personal portfolio, course listing, and session-booking site.

Accounts

An account is required to book consultancy or purchase a course. Keep your password confidential; you're responsible for activity under your account.

Consultancy bookings

A consultancy slot is reserved the moment you start checkout, and confirmed the moment payment clears — the current price is always shown before you pay. Please arrive on time and provide accurate contact information so we can reach you if plans change.

Courses

Course listings describe content, level, and duration as accurately as possible. Course availability and content may change; we'll do our best to communicate material changes in advance. For a paid course, access is personal to the account that unlocked it — please don't share your access link or re-post the course content elsewhere; it's licensed to you, not for redistribution.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse this site: no attempts to disrupt or scrape it at scale, no automated bulk-copying of paid course content, no submitting false booking or payment information, and no using the site for unlawful purposes.

No unsupported claims

Nothing on this site is intended as a guarantee of specific outcomes (e.g. employment, promotion, or exam results) from attending a course or session — results depend on many factors outside our control.

Liability

This site and its content are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Vishnu Balachandran is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
