Using this site

By using this site you agree to these terms. This site is operated by Vishnu Balachandran, based in Kollam, Kerala, India, as a personal portfolio, course listing, and session-booking site.

Accounts

You can buy a course as a guest with just an email address (software purchases need an account). After paying you are shown a claim code, and a confirmation is also emailed. Keep the code safe. Enter it at Claim a purchase in your account, or sign in with Google using the same email, to attach the purchase to your account. An account is needed to book consultancy, take a course quiz and manage software licences. Keep your password confidential; you're responsible for activity under your account, and anyone who holds a claim code can claim the purchase it belongs to.

Consultancy bookings

A consultancy slot is reserved the moment you start checkout, and confirmed the moment payment clears — the current price is always shown before you pay. Please arrive on time and provide accurate contact information so we can reach you if plans change.

Courses

Course listings describe content, level, and duration as accurately as possible. Course availability and content may change; we'll do our best to communicate material changes in advance. Every paid course has a single fixed price, shown before you pay; a valid promo code can only lower it. For a paid course, access is personal to the buyer (the account, or the guest purchase, that unlocked it) — please don't share your access link or re-post the course content elsewhere; it's licensed to you, not for redistribution.

Software and licences

Software is sold at a fixed price shown before you pay. Where a product uses licence keys, each paid purchase includes one licence. You generate its key from your account by entering the Device ID of your computer, and the key works only on that computer, with every app version and download. Do not share or resell keys; a licence may be revoked for misuse.

Certificates

A certificate is issued only after you pass the course's final quiz (pass mark shown on the quiz). It states that you cleared the quiz and are certified in the course, carries a certificate code, and can be checked by anyone on the public verification page. It is a record of passing this course's quiz, not an accredited qualification.

Article contributions

Articles on this site are free to read. An optional contribution at the end of a post does not unlock extra content — it is a voluntary payment. You may contribute more than once.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse this site: no attempts to disrupt or scrape it at scale, no automated bulk-copying of paid course content, no submitting false booking or payment information, and no using the site for unlawful purposes.

No unsupported claims

Nothing on this site is intended as a guarantee of specific outcomes (e.g. employment, promotion, or exam results) from attending a course or session — results depend on many factors outside our control.

Liability

This site and its content are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Vishnu Balachandran is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
