Refund Policy

Paid courses

Each paid course has one fixed price, shown before you pay. Because access to the full course content is granted immediately on payment, purchases are non-refundable once the course has been unlocked, except where the content is materially broken or inaccessible through a fault on our side — in that case, contact us and we'll make it right, including a refund if we can't fix it.

There are no hidden fees: the amount you agree to pay in the checkout window is exactly what's charged, nothing added afterward.

Software

Software is sold at a fixed price shown before you pay. Because the download and licence are available immediately on payment, purchases are non-refundable once the download or a licence key has been issued, except where the software is materially broken and we cannot fix it on our side; contact us and we'll make it right, including a refund if we can't.

Consultancy bookings

Consultancy is a paid, hourly 1:1 session — the price shown before you pay is exactly what's charged. If you cancel or need to reschedule with reasonable notice (at least 24 hours before your slot), we'll move your session to another open slot at no extra cost, or refund it in full. Cancellations with less notice, or a no-show, are non-refundable, since the slot was held for you and couldn't be offered to someone else. If a session can't go ahead for a reason on our side, it's rescheduled or refunded in full.

Article contributions

Optional support on an article does not grant access to anything extra — the post is already free. Those contributions are non-refundable, except where a charge went through in error or the payment was duplicated through a fault on our side. In that case, contact us and we'll make it right.

Free courses

Any course without a listed price is free to access — there's nothing to refund.
